1. MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day operations
Handle periodic maintenance activities
Supervise and monitor all maintenance and cleaning staff
Manage all aspects of vendors and service provides
Prepare monthly reports on maintenance activities and projects
Follow-up and report on all contractors' works and quality control
Perform general administrative and other dutues from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Electrical
Minimum two years working experience in similar or related capacity.
Familiar with current buildings and property maintenance standars
Proficient in English language and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate
Good interpersonal skills, disciplined,responsible and team player
Able to work independently with minimum supervision

2. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- To be registered as a Competent Chargeman for the company
- Maintain proper functioning and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform various electrical installations and project works
- Initiate preventive maintenance programmes to minimize mechanical breakdowns and power failures
- Regular checking of air conditioning systems and chillers to ensure efficient operation
- Regular inspection of Genset, lifts, carpark system, alarm and firefighting systems
- Maintain proper records of all scheduled maintenance, services and repairs
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff
- Implementation of safety standards, rules and regulations
- Perform general administrative and other maintenance duties from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Class A1 and above Chargemen certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills, disciplined, responsible and team player
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in English language and Bahasa Malaysia
